Administration & IT - Skills for Life & Work

Concentrating on the main Microsoft packages, Administration & IT at all levels gives learners an excellent grounding in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Organisational skills are improved with learners encouraged to follow good file management rules and keep themselves organised while using an e-diary.  They also practise communication skills while using packages such as e-mail and Yammer.

As in the world of work, attention to detail is key!

The theory course covers elements important to employers such as Customer Service, Security of People, Property and Information and Health and Safety as well as the role the Administrative Assistant plays in the organisation and support of the business.
